From Regional Startup to PAN-India Hospitality Network
The story of Go Holidays — founded in April 2019 — and how 13+ years across Hospitality, Leisure, and BFSI shaped the journey.
I began my career in 2005 and spent more than 13 years across the Hospitality, Leisure, and BFSI sectors — from Super Finance to Kotak Life, Bajaj Capital, and Club Mahindra. Each role taught me how to lead teams, manage operations, and earn trust.
In April 2019, I founded Go Holidays, a unit of Vistana Hospitality India Pvt Ltd, as its CEO and Founder in Kolkata. What began as a regional startup grew into a PAN-India hospitality network spanning five states.
I oversee corporate strategy, luxury hospitality logistics, asset portfolio management, and cross-state expansion. The job is not glamorous — it is about planning, execution, and people.
Entrepreneurship and public service are not opposites. Both are about solving problems for people. My business experience taught me to measure promises against delivery — a discipline I bring to every community initiative I lead.
